Janyse Jaud played Kagura, and I agree she did a great job. She was also Akemi in Maison Ikkoku and Ms. Hinako in Ranma, so she's been lots of really diverse (sexy) Takahashi women.

Some of my favorite overlooked Inuyasha voices would have to be:

Brian Drummond as Renkotsu
Chiarra Zani as Yura of the Hair (really sexy voice!)
