        <![CDATA[ With the epiphany of some fine vocal female posters, I thought I would throw this question out there.  It seems the females at this board give Kyoko credit
for maturity and such, but fault her jealousy quite a bit.  Perhaps the females are a bit tougher on Kyoko than the male posters.


Can I ask you, do you think that Kyoko is guilty of emotional torture and manipulation of Godai (and/or Mitaka)?  If so, please offer some examples and what
you think she SHOULD have done in that... ]]>

I&#39;m so sorry I wasn&#39;t too clear about that, as far as MI only, yes in many aspects of the series she is in some ways a bit harder on Godai because of
all the struggles he has daily even hourly with money, getting a job, and his neighbors bothering him from studying.

especially in Mermaid Saga, I&#39;d certainly agree with you that the male and female leads share equally the same burdens.  I&#39;m not disagreeing that it
could be true in Maison.  But I wonder if you&#39;re able to cite specific example of Takahashi being equally hard on Kyoko as on Godai?

			<description><![CDATA[ You remind me of a scene where Kyoko gets the wrong idea that Godai took Akemi to a Love hotel and she storms out of Cha Cha maru and Akemi puts her foot in
the doorway and tells her something like, &quot;You don&#39;t even let him hold your hand and you act this way&quot; I LOVED how for once Akemi was mature and
put her in her place!

</blockquote>My problem with Kyoko when it comes to jealousy isn&#39;t so much that she <em>is</em> jealous. If her and Godai were an established item and he
was still running around with Kazue, hell, I&#39;d be pissed too. My issue is that for most of the series, she maintains that they <em>aren&#39;t</em> a couple
