which fiancee would you choose?
Personally, I'd choose Ukyo. She's not (as) violent and can cook. And she's (imo, at least) the most attractive of them. Of course, I'd rather have Kasumi, but I don't think that's an option... |

This isn't so much different from our 'if you are secure about your sexuality' thread, except that you're limiting choices to Ranma's fiancees.
If I were Ranma, I'd have been badly beaten up or killed by Ryouga shortly after arriving in Nerima, since I wouldn't have had the attitude or motivation to become that good at martial arts. That or been beaten up by the Amazons previously for stealing Shampoo's food. I can't say what I'd do in Ranma's situation, because there's no way I, with my current personality, could ever be in that position. |

Let's see, if I were Ranma, I'd choose...well first, let me narrow down the potential candidates.
Kodachi: Frankly, I'd be scared of the woman and I would not want Tatewaki as a brother-in-law, nor would I want Principal Kuno as a father-in-law! Shampoo: The cat thing would be a total turn-off, seeing as that as Ranma I'd be terrified of cats. Plus Shampoo, for all that she is affectionate, is also very irritating and manipulative. Ukyo: She's nice, but after ten years of thinking she was a boy, I probably could never see her as a love interest. Akane: In my very biased opinion, the cutest of the fiancees. Even though we'd bicker a lot, at least in the beginning, very slowly we'd reach an understanding. Despite her wicked temper and poor cooking skills, Akane is a really devoted, girl. As Ranma, I'd probably want a girl who was a bit of a challenge, but kind underneath it all. Of course, if my soul were really put into Ranma's body, like Frenchhie I'd probably be gay as well! (And chase after Pantyhose Tarou! *_*) |

If was Ranma I'd do exactly what Ranma would do (pick Akane) since I'm Ranma.
But if I just had Ranma's choices well I'm a girl so I might pick Kuno ;). But of the girls after him I'd pick akane. She real nice, and the voilence thing really falls off a cliff as time goes on. |

I wouldn't fit in because I'm female...and people would either see me strange, becaue either way, chasing for a guy or girl, it doesn't suit my situation, so, like Sol, I would rather not be in Ranma's position.

which reminds me! i showed a friend of mine the site and said how i wished i could ask my former ceramics professor dr. kim to translate it, but that i was a little shy to do it - i don't wanna be a pest! how about she went and asked her for me! anyway, dr. kim was glad to do it (she's always glad when someone takes an interest in anything Korean XD) so we talked about the character designs and how beautiful they were blah, blah blah... i need to ask her to go to the site again and see if there is anyway to order the book though... Anyway, like i said, if i were ranma i'd be into the guys. yeah, i'd definitely try to see about some Ryoga... hee hee! it'd be a whole other manga after that! xoxo - the incurably jaded frenchhie
