There's no "purse" in this match. Instead, the winner has his debts erased, while the loser takes on those of the winner. It's on pay-per-view for only $49.99, live from Tomobiki next Friday. Who do you think would come out on top in the Battle of the Bad Dads? And what are the odds Ranma & Ryuunosuke will end up engaged by the end of the fight? Running around and yelling Masako doesn't make him very bright, and I think he mostly just talks the talk. Ranma and Ryu would not give a damn, and probably go out for beer or ramen.

But Mr. Fujinami's cunning and deviousness could make this an even bout. Look at his fights with Ryunosuke to see what I mean. Another bizarre fight to say the least. As for Ryu & Ranma, I think they'd be come "bristers" (brothers/sisters) in arms, kindred spirits if you will. Their mental states seem fairly similar, conflicted about their identities as to their true gender. Is it possible that Ranma is the person who can help her discover her femininity?

Given how much Fujinami messed up Ryu, he's my most hated of all comics characters.

Onsen Mark's Favorite Pupil Posts: 74 (06/05/08 09:02 AM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Ranma & Ryuunosuke might not care about the fight, but Ranma has a way of saying & doing things to make people angry, and Ryu is sensitive enough to perceived slights that I doubt they wouldn't end up in heated battle-at least until she let out her battle cry of "Ore wa onna da!"
