Ive been thinking about it again and again, but I still cant figure out a way to cosplay Ataru. the question came up last year during Halloween and I sill
don't have a clue. what do you guys think

Well, he's a rather ordinary looking guy - you really need a Lum for the full effect. It would also help to flirt with everyone girl you see. Hmmmm...
maybe if you just get in some running shorts and a headband and carry around a tiger-striped bikini top people will get it.

You'd have to dye your hair brown of course. And maybe wear a track running outfit with the number 4 (or 13, so more Westerners get the meaning). And see
if you can practice that maniacal cackling laugh.

You could also get an orange sweater with red shoulders, muss up your hair a little, and have a friend cover their hand in red paint and press it against your
face for a slap mark.
