Omigod, I just found out that there's an anime based on Agatha Christie's stories starring Miss Marple and Hercule Poirot called (rather creatively)
Agatha Christie's Great Detectives Poirot and Marple. Being the murder mystery geek I am, I find this very very cool 
Even if the show sucks I'm sure
it's highly amusing nonetheless 
Has anybody seen it, or possibly know if/when it will be released in the US (or if it already has)?

Haven't seen any of them yet, but now my attention is definitely sparked...hee hee I'm not surprised because she is popular in Japan and has been
referenced one way or another in their culture. There is a gothic lolita clothing line/store called Miss Marple based on victorian era style clothing...
