I just wanted to get everyone's views on this diet technique virtually EVERYONE keeps telling me to try b/c I'm trying to shed some pounds before Anime Expo as well as some other cons...
Everyone keeps telling me "eat whatever you want but in small portions, eat like 6-8 small meals a day." They also mention to have a 'cheat day' where you eat whatever junk just for that day.
Does this small meals/constant snacking ever work for anyone? I have a lot of coworkers that can hide behind a pencil and everytime I see them they're eating something. My metabolism is much slower, but I don't trust eating all day, then again it's probably what they are eating too.
I know I don't usually post the most interesting posts but I just wanted to know what others think about how they keep their size in tact.
