No I wouldn't want to live in the Ranmaverse. While being able to develop super human powers would be nice the Ranmaverse is far too dangerous. Looking at it from our point of view it seems like it might be fun but If you switch to the characters point of view it's a damn scary place with way too much darkness.

If you place yourself in most of the characters positions the Ranma manga is a very dark place full of despair, problems with no possible happy ending for everyone, and false hopes (possible friendship only to be taken away with insults and pain, old friends found only to end up enemies, possible cures when found do nothing, a found mother who at first looks like she will be nice and bring happiness to Ranma's life only to learn that she's going to hold a death threat over him). It's full of tragedy, abuse, loneliness, mind control, a place where an object can totally control your mind, body, or emotions, just about everyone has lost their mother, even look at the techniques the neko-ken was learned by torture, the breaking point was learned by massive physical pain, to master the shi shi hadoken one has to give into despair and depression totally.

Death is underlining most of the manga (someone nearly dies several times, most of the cast has lost family members (either through death or by being taken away from them), Techniques have killed (Ryu's dad, One of the moves from the Yama-sen-ken is a technique designed to tear someone's heart out), items have killed (the previous cursed painting had killed, the swimsuit has killed - dragged people to the bottom of the ocean drowning them, etc...), murders have been planned (Shampoo planned on killing Akane in a way that would make it look like Taro did it), Ranma knelt praying for Ryoga in a grave meant for Ranma, Ranma was buried alive, the cursed springs have drowned many people, etc...

There has been attempted Rape (Densuke put sleeping powder in Ranma's drink and was planning on raping Ranma-chan, etc...)

You can't really trust anyone or anything no matter how innocent or harmless it looks. (Old people are powerful, sick people may have weird abilities - like able to enter your dreams, little kids could be ki vampires, dolls may possess you, toys may have powers, etc..) A person could easily become extremely paranoid.

The strength and fighting abilities would be really cool but you might not get them since a very small percentage of the population has them. Regular people in the Ranmaverse aren't any stronger than people in the real world if they were they wouldn't make comments like Ryoga is a monster and would be able to lift his umbrella. They wouldn't be surprised that Ranma can survive a multiple story fall. They wouldn't run in terror when they see Ranma and Happosai fighting. While everyone has survived there were several really close calls and Ranma has ended up in the hospital with casts on.
