Now that the InuYasha manga is ending, I think it's time for Viz and Sunrise to jump in with new anime episodes starting where the last one left off.. has
anyone heard any rumblings over at Viz or Sunrise??

They never filmed the ending of Ranma 1/2, either (actually, that was Kitty, not Sunrise, so maybe there's some hope for an ending movie of Inu-Yasha).
You've been a part of her since the first day I met her. . . and I still fell in love with her. So. . . I'm taking you into my life, too. As part of her.

I think it would only happen if the North American networks kicked in some cash. Yeah, like that'll ever happen.

I heard from someone that works at viz that there are rumors going around there that Rumic is thinking about bringing it back with next generation episodes. No
real word on it yet, so dont get ur hopes up to much. Personally in my opinion, i think its still a possibility tho.

Well, considering how much money this series made on both sides of the pacific, and its roaring popularity here even years after its anime conclusion, wouldnt
it be about time to strike on the next series or oav series or whatever now that the manga is finished? The animators wouldnt have to worry about filler
episodes if they didnt want to. With the story laid out before them, they could focus on animating the rest of Takahashi's work! I REALLY hope Inuyasha
just stop in the anime the way that Ranma did. That would be heart breaking.
