The only spinoff/sequel that I think could be interesting, would involve the children of Ranma and Akane, as well as those of some of the other "cursed" characters. Let's just say that, hypothetically, in addition to Ranma marring Akane and having a family of their own, Ryoga ends up marring Akari (Is that how it is spelled?), and Shampoo and Mouse do the same. Even if the full curse does not get inherited, perhaps some aspect of it does. These children might end up with some unusual traits. Perhaps Ranma and Akane might end up with twins, one boy and one girl, both of whom take after their father. If both of them can gender switch at will, that could be interesting. Who knows what kind of traits might be passed down to the other couples children. Considering when the story first came out, these children would now be teenagers themselves. Also, I wonder how does having a parent who transforms effect the children? Would they be embarrassed, annoyed or amused? (Of course there was Ranma's relationship with his father who also transformed).
