Wow, that's odd... I usually really good at id-ing where images from Ranma are from, but that's one I don't think I've seen before. I wish I could be more help, but that's the first I've ever seen of that one, big or small.

 And I, too, would love to see a bigger (and higher quality) version of this pic. EDIT: Btw... is it me... or is P-Chan on top of Akane's head? I know it's hard to see, but I swear it almost looks like it... which is interesting to note if it's true, as P-Chan isn't introduced until Akane has short hair. |

I'm pretty sure P-chan is on her hair. There's some yellow, if I make it out right. Anyway, yes, P-chan was introducted after Akane's hair was cut. But this was not done by Rumiko Takahashi, most likely by the people behind the anime, so they don't really care if they added a character that isn't in yet.
