i was wondering if they needed a certain amount to consider bringing the anime back on televison.

Neither Sunrise (the animation company), nor the TV station (was it Yomuri TV? Or am thinking of something else?), has said anything about weather or not they would bring it back based on petitions, but they probably won't bring it back no matter how many westerners sign the petitions. It's a Japanese show, on Japanese television, so they probably only care what Japanese viewers want to see. |

You actually only need two signatures to get this series back.
1. Head of a television broadcast station or a/v distributorship. 2. Head of a studio willing to produce it. |

Actualy I think even if a signifigent number of Japanese signed the petition they still probably wouldn't take it that seriously (come on how many shows realy come back on the air because of a petition?) but I think the TV station might take it slightly more seriousy if somone linked it from a Japanese sight and had Japanese fans sign it. I don't know Japanese (or how to go about finding Japanese fan sights) but maybe some other peope here do? |

I dont think it would be to hard to do it. I mean if they have connections and of course if we can make our own, then all we really need is compassionate fans
to help. We could always talk people into sighning im sure. I would love to see inuyasha get back on the air. sigh. I really dont think Japan has forgotton
about this show yet. but we are running out of time the longer it goes un-aired the harder it will be.
