I woke up at 5:00 AM. On Adult Swim they were airing the very last anime episode of Inuyasha. Afterward, at 5:30, they broadcast the very FIRST episode of
Inuyasha.
I gotta say, it was rather heartbreaking to me.
Such a harsh ending with no conclusion. Such a wonderful beginning.
Siiiiiigh, I know this has been said a billion times, but I wish they would finish the anime up. It wouldn't take too long. Takahashi is almost done.
Don't get me wrong; the manga is beautiful and keeps me at the edge of my seat each week... but.... Damn.
Just.... damn.
Also, the way they brought back the first opening song for the last episode broke my heart. Such a great song. Seeing everyone carry on, etc. Then I hear it again during the rebroadcast of the first episode.
I am not kidding, Japan. Finish what you started.
