In addition to the obvious images that come to mind of Lum shocking Ataru, Ran/Ryoko casting "spells" on him, and Ataru getting shocked trying to kiss other girls, the music sounds just like an Urusei Yatsura song.
Also, I believe Frakenstein and Dracula were both shown in the anime at one point or another.
Anyway, just read those lyrics, and try to tell me that it wouldn't be perfect for an Urusei Yatsura AMV.
