yeah, I already "read" XD the chapter, but I'll wait until tomorrow to make comments
what I can say is that I like the art, not the best of Rumiko but still its fluid and nice. man... I cant wait for the translation.... |

After seeing the art for the entire chapter, I can say that it's a slight improvement from Inuyasha.
I'd like people to remember that Rumiko's art style does change over time. Chapter 1 and 558 of Inuyasha look different. Hopefully Rinne will get its own style. Also, there's a great script on the net right now, but I'm going to wait and see what Viz can deliver. I won't spoil anything except for the fact that the boy's name is Rinne Rokudou.

I'm ANXIOUS! I wonder why it hasn't been posted yet?
All I hope for the new series is that it's different from Rumiko's others. Inuyasha had a lot of action, Maison Ikkoku was a romance and Urusei and Ranma were comedies. What I hope is that the new one is a good mix of all three catagories. |

Before I saw the first images of "RIN-NE" I was hoping to see a new "maison ikkoku" more less, with comedy, romance and just simple life
stuff, but now we know it its some sort of a"sobrenatural" series.

Well, the last big place to be in the 22nd of April will be Hawaii - it's 2pm there right now. By comparison, it's 8 pm eastern US time. So they have
10 hours to put it up before I'm officially upset because most of the world will be in April 23rd. They really should have been more specific, as lots of

Yeah, it is bleach-ish, but funnier! He's 'sort of' a shinigami??
He charges her for taking the ghost away - 10 times the
amount when it becomes an evil spirit - and flubs up the hypnotism. I can see alot more humor in this manga than in Inuyasha. I just hope it continues to be
that way. I think I'll like it.
Who exactly was that lady at the beginning? Was Sakura calling her 'baa-chan' then she asked Sakura to call her 'nee-chan'? - that's the impression I got. she's no actual relation to Sakura, right? I can tell that, despite the official English translation, we may need a few cultural notes as we go along. |

I'm pretty sure people will complain about it being 'bleach-ish' But, Bleach didn't even start the shinigami genre...
I kinda hope that it's not TOO long, like Ranma- long. I feel that this is going to be a comedy, but more serious than, say, Yatsura and Ranma. |
