Tie between Akemi and Godai. Kyoko just seems a bit too uptight and misunderstanding. I personally think he would have been better off with someone a bit more easygoing, like Kozue or the girl he possibly lost his virginity to in Hokkaido (what was her name again? I'm a newbie to the series). BTW, I wonder if Kyoko and Kagome are distantly related...

Yeah, but Tsubame really is a hopeless klutz, and there's a strong chance they might break up. Godai at least has the right ideas in what to do, even if they didn't always turn out correct.
Maybe Godai did sleep with Konatsu. Just because we didn't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen. As Yusaku says, only Rumiko will know for sure.
Akane's okay, just kind of a diamond in the rough. She's a lot like Katarina from Shakespeare's "Taming of the Shrew", an abrasive, anti-romantic tomboy who takes out all her frustrations on men and needs to be "tamed". In a sense she's the perfect girl for the aloof, almost celibate Ranma, but I wouldn't be lining up to date her like the losers who attack her every morning on the way to school. I would prefer someone like Lum, obviously, Shampoo or Kagome.
